The Shortlist/Enterprise

The 5 best GEO agencies for enterprise

Published Sep 2, 2026

Your buyers ask ChatGPT and Gemini about your category and get four sentences naming three vendors. Google is pushing AI Overviews and AI Mode into the same searches. Plenty of people have heard of you, and none of that helps if the model leaves you out of the answer.

Five agencies that do this work at enterprise scale.

Methodology

How this was put together

We started with agencies that publicly sell AI Search, AEO or GEO work and name at least one client above roughly 1,000 staff, or one with a listed parent company.

Everything here comes from public sources: the agency's own site, its published cases, its published pricing. Where an agency publishes nothing on a point, we say so instead of guessing. None of it comes from a private conversation, and none of it is inferred from what an agency says about itself in the abstract.

The order is our judgement about fit for a typical enterprise brief, not a score. Each entry says where the agency is the stronger pick and where it is not, so read the limitations before the rank.

Radyant

Best for
Enterprises and late-stage scale-ups that want AI Search and SEO run as one channel
Base
DACH, delivering across Europe
Entry price
From €7,000/mo
Terms
12-month commitment with an opt-out after 6 months. Fixed-scope projects from €10,000

An AI-native organic growth agency working across SEO, AI Search and digital PR. Its published client set covers insurance, banking, healthcare and enterprise software at the same time, which is unusual. Those are the four places where AI answers are hardest to move and slowest to approve. Engagements are staffed with a C-level partner and senior strategists rather than an account manager. The pricing is on the site, so procurement can size a deal before the first call.

Where it is stronger

  • The widest published enterprise client set here, and the only one covering regulated finance and insurance
  • AI Search and classic SEO run by the same team, so the two do not compete for the same pages
  • Pricing and contract terms are published, including the six-month opt-out
  • Digital PR is in-house, which is what moves outside sources

Where it is not

  • The €7,000/mo entry price rules it out below roughly Series A
  • Strongest in DACH and Europe. A US-only brief is better served by a US team
  • Two of the enterprise cases, Allianz Suisse and osapiens, are listed as coming soon rather than published in full

Services

  • AI Search optimisation across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot and Google AI Mode
  • SEO strategy and technical SEO
  • Programmatic SEO
  • Content production
  • Digital PR
  • Conversion rate optimisation and attribution setup

Published proof

  • Enterprise and listed-company clients shown publicly: Allianz Suisse, PostFinance, Docplanner and osapiens
  • Planeco Building: AI Search citation rate doubled from 55% to over 110%, and first place in AI Search visibility in its competitor set
  • Heyflow: 3× MRR pipeline in six months, and first place in AI Search visibility for its category
  • deeploi: organic leads up 250%
  • Enter: more than 500 organic leads a month across solar, heat pumps and energy management
  • ToolSense: 10× leads from SEO over two years
  • Planeco Building: a 247-page programmatic cluster that brought 60+ leads inside six months

Ironpaper

Best for
Enterprises with long, committee-driven sales cycles in tech, industrial or energy categories
Base
New York, around 70 people across the US
Entry price
Not published

A B2B growth agency built around long and complex sales processes, which describes most enterprise buying. It is the largest team here and the most conventional in shape: demand generation, ABM, content, website and sales enablement, with heavy marketing automation work in HubSpot and Pardot. Steelcase is on the client list, which is the kind of reference a procurement team recognises without explanation.

Where it is stronger

  • Real enterprise references, and a team large enough to staff several workstreams
  • Strong marketing operations, which is usually where enterprise attribution breaks
  • Built for long sales cycles rather than self-serve motions

Where it is not

  • No separate AI Search practice. The positioning is demand generation, and GEO is not a published method
  • No published pricing of any kind
  • US-centric team and client base, with little published work in European markets

Services

  • B2B demand generation and lead generation
  • Account-based marketing
  • Content strategy and thought leadership
  • Website design and conversion optimisation
  • Sales enablement
  • Marketing automation in HubSpot and Salesforce Pardot

Published proof

  • Named clients including Steelcase, Solartis and Mobilewalla
  • Published case result: MQLs up 86% over six months
  • Published case result: a 3,660-position gain in search rankings
  • HubSpot Diamond certified partner, Google Partner and Databox Premier certified

The Growth Syndicate

Best for
Enterprises that need account-based marketing and organic search run together, or a fractional marketing lead
Base
Amsterdam and New York
Entry price
Hourly rates with a monthly minimum. No figure published
Terms
No long-term lock-in. 30 days' notice

A B2B marketing agency that works across the whole commercial stack rather than search alone. Clients are stated to run from €1M to €350M in revenue. For an enterprise buyer the ABM work is the draw. They publish deal outcomes rather than traffic, and they will supply a fractional marketing lead where the internal team is thin. Search sits inside that. Good if you need someone to orchestrate several channels, weaker if you specifically need deep GEO craft.

Where it is stronger

  • Publishes pipeline and deal counts rather than traffic, which is the right unit for enterprise
  • Offices in Europe and the US, with published work in several markets
  • The 30-day cancellation is unusually buyer-friendly for this segment
  • The fractional lead option covers a real gap when there is no in-house marketing lead

Where it is not

  • AI Search is not a separate practice with its own published method. It sits inside general demand generation
  • Rates are called transparent but no figure is published, so you still need a call to size it
  • Breadth across paid, ABM and organic means less depth in any one of them

Services

  • Full marketing service, strategy through execution
  • Fractional marketing lead
  • Account-based marketing
  • Paid media across Google, LinkedIn and Meta
  • Strategy and audit engagements

Published proof

  • Rapid Circle: 10+ enterprise ABM deals
  • Nobel: €1.5M inbound pipeline
  • Cutr: 4× qualified deals
  • Frends: €75k MRR pipeline in Sweden
  • Stated client revenue range of €1M to €350M across manufacturing, MedTech, BioTech, fintech and professional services

#4

Minuttia

Best for
Established software companies that need content and AI Search depth rather than a full-funnel agency
Base
Remote, Europe-based
Entry price
Not published

A content and search agency that moved into AI Search early. The service list reads like someone who has tested what gets cited: digital PR, Reddit, agent analytics, and both human and AI-assisted content. The client roster is the strongest signal, with more than 60 B2B software companies including ServiceTitan, a listed company. Retention is the number they lead with, and at a stated 94% it says more than most case studies do.

Where it is stronger

  • A real AI Search practice, including the outside surfaces most agencies skip: Reddit and digital PR
  • Retention and tenure figures that are hard to fake and unusually strong
  • A deep software pattern library from 60+ engagements

Where it is not

  • Case studies lean on traffic and rankings more than conversions
  • No published pricing and no published contract terms
  • Content-led rather than full-funnel. You will still need someone for paid, ABM and web

Services

  • Google and AI Search strategy
  • Human content production
  • AI-assisted content production
  • Digital PR
  • Reddit marketing
  • Agent analytics and reporting

Published proof

  • 60+ B2B software clients including ServiceTitan, Toggl, Meilisearch and LearnWorlds
  • Stated 94% average client retention as of June 2026
  • Stated 24+ months average client tenure, and roughly 63% of revenue from repeat clients
  • Five-star average rating on Clutch

Peak Ace

Best for
Large brands with technically complex, multilingual sites that need scale and process
Base
Berlin, delivering across Europe
Entry price
Not published

The established enterprise name in the German market, and the most conventional agency here. Their strength is scale and technical depth across large multilingual estates, which is what a group web team wants when the site runs 400,000 URLs in nine languages. Their AI Search positioning is newer and less distinct than the specialists above. This is the safe procurement choice rather than the sharp one.

Where it is stronger

  • Scale and process maturity. The least risky option for a large, slow-moving organisation
  • Real strength in multilingual and technically complex estates
  • An established name that clears internal procurement easily in DACH

Where it is not

  • AI Search is one service among many rather than the core practice
  • No published pricing and no published contract terms
  • Published cases lean on traffic and visibility rather than conversions
  • Large-agency structure means less senior time per euro than the specialists above

Services

  • Technical and international SEO at scale
  • Content and multilingual content operations
  • Paid media
  • Analytics and tracking
  • AI Search and generative search optimisation

Published proof

  • Long-established Berlin agency with a large enterprise and e-commerce client base
  • Well-documented technical SEO capability across large multilingual sites
  • Regular conference and industry publishing presence in the DACH market

What breaks enterprise GEO programmes

Most agencies now selling GEO have never worked inside a large company, and it shows in three places. The first is approval time. A GEO programme needs to ship and revise pages quickly. An enterprise content workflow with legal, brand and compliance review turns a two-week loop into a two-quarter one. Ask any agency you shortlist how they have handled a legal review loop before, and listen for whether they have actually sat in one.

The second is CMS access. Most large companies do not let a marketing agency deploy to the site. If an agency's method needs structural changes, such as schema, internal links or page templates, and the group web team ships quarterly, the method does not work. The ones who do well here turn up with a plan for working through a release train instead of around it.

The third is the metric. You already have brand search, direct traffic and a sales team. Traffic reporting means very little at that size, because the baseline noise is bigger than anything a programme adds. If an agency cannot tell you how it will connect AI Search to conversions before it starts, it will not manage it afterwards either.

How to turn the shortlist into a decision

Give every agency the same brief and the same three questions. First, ask them to name a category prompt where you are missing today, and explain why a smaller competitor gets named instead. That answer separates the people who diagnose from the people who sell a checklist, usually inside a minute.

Second, ask who is on the account, by name and seniority, and what that staffing looks like in month seven. Every agency will say senior. Only some will put it in the contract.

Third, ask what they will measure in the first ninety days and what they expect the number to be. An agency promising visibility gains in month one is guessing. The answer engines refresh on their own cycles, and a realistic reply names those cycles rather than a percentage.

Who we left off, and why

We left out agencies with no named enterprise or listed-company client, which removed most of the field now selling GEO. A first enterprise engagement is a real risk for the enterprise paying for it, and there is no way to read that risk off marketing copy.

We left out tools. Several AI visibility monitoring products now show up in agency roundups. They measure the problem rather than fix it, and ranking them next to a services firm makes a hard decision harder.

We also left out agencies whose only AI Search evidence is their own blog. Writing about GEO is not evidence of doing GEO, and the two go together less often than you would hope.

FAQ

Questions buyers actually ask

What does an enterprise GEO engagement cost?
Only one of the five publishes a number: €7,000/mo for a European engagement across several workstreams, with fixed-scope projects from about €10,000. Enterprise programmes with content production in several languages and digital PR usually land well above that. The other four quote on request, which is worth weighing when you are trying to size a budget against four unknowns.
Is GEO different from SEO for an enterprise?
The foundation is the same. Crawlability, site structure and a clear description of what you do serve both. What changes is where the win lands. SEO earns a position on a page you own. GEO earns a mention inside an answer you do not own, and models tend to name a company when an independent source has described it too. So the work runs on two tracks at once: your own pages do the describing, and outside coverage does the confirming. Neither track works well on its own, which is why the budget usually has to cover both.
How long before an enterprise sees GEO results?
Expect one to two quarters before the movement is steady enough to report, and longer in regulated categories where approval is the bottleneck rather than production. The models refresh what they retrieve on their own schedules, so week-to-week readings are noise. Anyone quoting a specific percentage gain in month one is describing a hope.
Should we hire a specialist or extend our existing SEO agency?
It depends on whether your current agency has a real method or a services page. Extending is cheaper and skips a procurement cycle, and if they have genuine AI Search deliverables it is usually the right call. If their AI Search offer appeared last year with no cases behind it, you are paying enterprise rates for their learning curve. The test is simple: ask them to show a client whose AI citations they moved, and by how much.
Do we need someone in-house as well?
Yes, at least one owner. The strongest predictor of a programme working is one internal person with two things: enough authority to move content through legal, and enough context to settle arguments between the agency and the group web team. No agency can buy its way around that gap, and the honest ones will say so on the first call.
