Questions

What language is the conference in?
English. Speakers, panels, workshops, MC, all in English. Networking happens in whatever language the table prefers (expect a healthy mix of German and English).
Will sessions be recorded?
We're not planning to share recordings. The day is built for the people in the room, and the workshops are in-room only (that's the point).
How do I book a workshop seat?
Pick one when you get your ticket. The order form has an optional workshop dropdown. Each of the four workshops runs in a breakout room capped at 30 people, first come first served, one workshop per person.
What's the refund policy?
Tickets are fully transferable, so if you can't make it, pass yours to a colleague and just tell us who's coming instead. What we can't offer is refunds. We're a small team putting on this event alongside the main business we run, and every paid seat helps us put on the day we're promising. Not sure yet? Email Niklas directly and he'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit.
How does payment work?

Two ways, and you pick in the order form.

Pay nowby card, SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You go straight to Stripe's secure checkout, your seat is confirmed instantly, and your invoice (with VAT) lands in your inbox right after.

Invoice, pay by bank transfer. Add your billing details (VAT ID and PO number if you need them), and the invoice is emailed right away, to you or straight to your accounting team. Your seat is held and confirmed as soon as the transfer lands.

Will I get an invoice for accounting?
Yes, either way. Pay by card and Stripe issues a real business invoice (with VAT) right after checkout, emailed to you as a PDF you can forward to accounting as it is. Choose bank transfer and you get the same invoice before you pay, sent to you or straight to your accounting team's inbox, with your VAT ID and PO number on it if you add them.
What does food look like during the day?
No formal sit-down dinner. Tapas and finger food are served throughout the day. Quality stuff, paced so you're never starving and never weighed down. Drinks and more food at the after-program networking.
What should I know about the Speaker's Dinner?

On Oct 21, the evening before the conference, we're sitting down at LOVIS for a four-course dinner plus drinks. All speakers, workshop hosts, and VIP ticket holders are there, so it's a chance for more personal conversations about AI and beyond in a more private setting, and to get to know people a bit better before the main day.

LOVIS Restaurant, built inside a former women's prison in Berlin-Charlottenburg, is now one of the city's most talked-about dining rooms. It's run by chef Sophia Rudolph with a seasonal, vegetable-forward menu. The restaurant holds a spot in the 2026 Michelin Guide and sits at 4.5 stars across hundreds of diner reviews.

Address: Kantstraße 79, 10627 Berlin. Dinner starts at 6:30 pm.

Can I just buy a ticket?
Yes. The form takes two minutes, and you either pay right away or get an invoice. We ask for your company so we know who's in the room and can introduce people who should meet.
What's the dress code?
Whatever you'd wear to a workday you actually like. No suits required, no hoodies banned.
I have a question that isn't here.
Email niklas.buschner@radyant.io. It goes straight to Niklas.

Not ready to buy yet? Leave your email and we'll send you news about the day.
